Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original certification documents and receipts.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the item's condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
